A Bunch of Cards with One Sketch

 Hello and thanks for visiting!

Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian friends :)  I'm thankful for card making!  I'm thankful for many things and the joy of card making is one of those things.  I love playing with stamps, ink and paper - it is my happy place :)

Joanne's super versatile sketch has inspired a variety of cards - yes truly this is the same sketch - look closely :)

***  The Trix  ***

*  Start with the basic sketch then change up where the sentiment goes  *

*  The Cajun Craze card base measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"  *Trix, add a layer of Cajun Craze embossed cardstock for a little extra texture - I used an old favourite called Subtle Dimensions, but choose what you like and make it a smidge smaller than the card base - an 1/8" of an inch or so.

*  Adhere a 3 1/8" x 4 3/8" piece of Fresh As A Daisy DSP to the centre of the card front, then adhere a coordinating 3" x 4" piece just slightly off centre as in the picture above to create a border on three sides.

*  Stamp the sentiment from the Something Fancy Stamp set with Pretty Peacock ink and punch out using the 2" Circle Punch, an Online Exclusives Fave :)

*  Adhere the sentiment with dimensionals and add a bit of ribbon for embellishment.  *Trix, scrunch up the ribbon by folding it back on itself and securing with glue dots.

***Trix, move the sentiment and focus down on the card.  This one uses Rhino Ready Stamp Set

The Earthen Elegance version uses the Earthen Elegance DSP with an extra smidge of Soft Sea Foam for a layer to tie in the sprig of greenery.

And finally Zoo Crew DSP is paired with Sending Smiles Stamp Set & Sending Dies
