Season's Greetings with Winter Meadow DSP

Hello friends and thank you for visiting!

Today's card uses Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper for all the inspiration!  This gorgeous DSP will carry over into the May 2024 Annual Catalogue, but the Magical Meadow Stamp Set retires January 3rd 2024 or while supplies last.

The card layout is Inspired by Stampin' Pretty's Sketchbook, please find my twist on the measurements below.

*** The Trix ***

*  Repeat the colours in the dsp for a monochromatic feel *

*  Emboss a 2 x 4 1/4" piece of Orchid Oasis cardstock, then adhere to the lower half of the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Thick Basic White card base.  I used an old favourite embossing folder called winter Snow.

*  Adhere a 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" piece of Winter Meadow DSP, #162133 to Starry Sky cardstock. Cut the cardstock a smidge bigger - about an eighth of an inch, to create a tiny border for the dsp, then adhere to the card base.

*  Use White Embossing Powder, #155554 to Heat Emboss the sentiment from the Magical Meadow Stamp Set, #162134 using a 1" x 3" piece of Starry Sky cardstock.

*  Use the subtle pattern of trees from the dsp as inspiration.  Loop a piece of Silver Simply Elegant Trim, #155766 to mimic the pattern of the trees on the rolling hills of the dsp.  Adhere to the back of the embossed sentiment layer with a glue dot.  Then adhere to the card using dimensionals.

*  Embellish with Festive Pearls,  #159963.
