Dainty Delight Bundle for #CC&S504

 Hello and thanks for visiting!

Today's card is inspired by the Colour Challenge over @ CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge.  Use Balmy Blue, Sweet Sorbet & Mint Macaron, fun combo eh!.  Please click the hyperlink to visit the blog challenge and enjoy the inspiration!

***  The Trix  ***

*  Use a light touch - The flowers from the Dainty Delight Stamp Set, #161078  are stamped with Mint Macaron on Shimmery White Cardstock, #101910 and coloured in with a Water Painter, #151298 using very minimal water.  I love the look of a water wash and the Shimmery cardstock moves the colour well.  Just dot on colour from the lid of the ink pad, allow to dry and add more colour as desired.

*  Keep it Clean And Simple (CAS)  - The dainty flowers are very detailed and the only part of the card that's coloured.  The 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Very Vanilla card base has a 4" x 5 1/4" Very Vanilla layer and sprig of flowers from the Dainty Delight Dies, #160674 as well as Very Vanilla Classic Matte Dots, #158146.  This adds texture and keeps the card CAS with the coloured flowers as the focal point.
