Brightest Glow Bundle for #CASColours&Sketches

Today's card is inspired by the Sketch Challenge over @ CAS Colours & Sketches.  Please click the hyperlink or the image below to visit their blog and enjoy the inspiration.

I love creating Clean And Simple cards at Christmas, so I reached for my favourite Christmas red, Cherry Cobbler, added a bit o' bling, and just the let red and white sing for this fun sketch.   :)

Assembly & Trix,

*  Use the fun swirl & snowflake dies from the Labels Aglow Dies, #159551 to cut out the perfect little flurry on a layer of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  ***Trix, the layer is a 16th of an inch, yes just a smidge smaller, than the Cherry Cobbler 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card base.  I want the card to look as Clean And Simple as possible and appear to be a single layer card.  

*  Adhere a piece of White Glimmer Paper, #159578 to the Cherry Cobbler layer so the glimmer, ( bit o' bling) peeks through.  ***Trix, lightly dab glue on the Cherry Cobbler layer around the die cut shapes and allow to dry for a moment before attaching the Glimmer Paper.  This helps the glue from seeping through the holes and holds the two layers tightly together around all the little holes.  

*  Stamp and emboss the sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set, #159542 with White Embossing Powder, #155554.  Then attach the layer to the card base with glue. 

**  I tried my best to capture the sparkle of this awesome Glimmer Paper, but sadly the photo just doesn't do it justice.
